This Xantcha, Sleeper Agent deck is designed to force your opponents to put all of their resources into Xantcha and punishing them when they don't.

It has heavy themes of discard using cards like Oppression and Bottomless Pit to take away people's options and cards like War's Toll and Price of Glory to force them to use all of their mana at once. Making opponents use all of their resources at once typically makes it so they have quite a lot of floating mana that they can put into Xantcha to get some free card draw.

To capitalize on the discard the deck uses effects like Waste Not and liliana'a caress to inflict even more damage. It also features lots of artifact-based ramp to ensure that even though everyone else must use all of their resources on their turn you still have the option to play at instant speed. To top it all off there is quite a lot of targeted removal and wipes as well as cards like Smoke which all aim to keep Xantcha safe while she is swinging around.

The goal of this deck is to either pull off one big Exsanguinate or to simply drain everyone down with Xantcha and all of the discard and mana hate cards. This deck is very hateful and does a lot of damage quickly but people won't want to kill you immediately because they benefit from your commander as much as you do. This deck wants to not look intimidating until it is too late and to slow down combat long enough that you can drain people to death with the commander.

Any and all constructive feedback is helpful; Specifically, I am looking for semi-budget ways to streamline the deck to make it faster or more consistent. All comments and upvotes are helpful to make it so as many people see the deck as possible and would be greatly appreciated.
