This is a big mana, semi-combo deck based around giving Ramos +1/+1 counters and casting big, stupid spells. This deck's main goal is to win with something huge and dumb like Storm Herd or Time Stretch. There's a solid subtheme of +1/+1 counters too, so you can also win with commander damage from Ramos or from pumping up your army of dudes and swinging for the win.
