So this a deck I built mostly out of an old mizzix prebuilt I don't use and some cool stuff I had lying around, cheap upgrade ideas are appreciated.

Also the TLDR on how to work this deck, summon your commander Jhoira of the Ghitu and then start suspending things, if you play against people who like to kill anything with blue in the color that isn't aatraxa like my playgroup does, wait till you have at least 5 mana so that before your friend with the purphoros deck grinds her face against a belt sander you can hopefully suspend a card.

You're gonna want to use cards to remove your maximum hand size, preferably Venser's Journal (play it for its cost not suspending it) and then spam the hell outta' draw cards in suspend, if you can suspend Aeon Chronicler you can draw every upkeep leading to the eventual summon of a mediocre creature which is great.

Then you use mostly Followed Footsteps and Infinite Reflection to copy the enemies win conditions use your own and maybe copy them, being monstly Ulamog's Crusher and hopefully Artisan of Kozilek.

Also you can bribe people into not hitting you with the promise of more cards using things like Temple Bell or Howling Mine and make it hard to backstab you using Propaganda, you can also offer protection with things like AEtherize to ensure polital bonds.

Pro tip: remember the legendary rule; you can't have two copies of the same legendary creature or two planeswalkers with the same subtype in play so don't try and create multiple coppies of commanders or any other legendary.

Also the most important thing to remember is the order that your phases happen, which incase my subliminal messaging isn't working it goes untap step, upkeep and then your draw phase, that means stuff goes off from suspend BEFORE you draw, don't let someone rules lawyer you in an EDH game or accidentally draw before summoning K-Man resulting in losing potential draws.
