Spellheart Chimera allows me to play a spellslinger Izzet deck with tons of cantrips, so I love it. One weakness is your graveyard being exiled, setting Spellheart back to 0 power, but if your hand has 3+ cards, you can usually fill it reasonably fast due to the high quantity of cantrips.

I decided to exclude cards like Diplomatic Immunity due to them being un-fun for the format. PDH lacks board wipes, for the most part, so that particular enchantment shuts off removal (minus sac effects, but there's other creatures in the deck, so dunno).
