This is simply a casual Anya deck meant to be very, very political. It requires the right playgroup to be decent, in my opinion. You need to be able to get the game set up in a way that, after many turns of inhibiting the current threat player, contracts with other players, and board development, you can win in a few turns. Cast Anya as a massive creature, give her haste and unblockability, and kill the problem. Or use Hidetsugu and Gisela to win. Etc.
