Seventy-Five Percent Mill

This deck is definitely not my most powerful but has been a lot of fun to play. It's inspired by a deck Ben Ulmer played on an LRR stream. I want to play a lot of stupid walls that aren't worth anyone's attention until I have enough toughness to mill everyone out. The wins always make for excellent stories. My most powerful win came on turn three with a Bloodchief Ascension (online with opponent's help) and a Mindcrank.

I think what this deck is trying to do, and possible upgrades, are pretty obvious. So here are some notes about why this is good in my meta. I think that information will be more helpful to others than explaining why good cards are good.

Meta Notes

• There aren't a lot of board wipes in my meta so I like decks that benefit from a board stall. Board stalls are undervalued in commander anyway. They're so common and I think more decks could benefit from taking advantage of them. If a board state has stalled out this deck is gonna end that pretty quickly. I've just built a Slimefoot, the Stowaway deck that functions with the same thought in mind.
• My friends like to steal stuff. There's a Gonti, Lord of Luxury deck that gets played. Etali, Primal Storm attacks every now and then. This deck is a great against Gonti because everything in this deck is TERRIBLE on it's own. The Gonti player does not want my Wall of Junk and is going to leave me alone. There's an advantage to playing a deck where the individual pieces are all bad on their own but good together.
• Milling to the graveyard is obviously worse than milling to exile, but that's what the reanimate spells are for. This deck can be awkward to play because you want to use people's graveyards against them but that also means you don't want to kill them too quickly. I'm often in a situation where I need to keep one person alive and use their graveyard to kill the other two. It gets super tricky but when you pull it off you feel really good at Magic.
