So as soon as I saw that the king of the Kami was getting a card, I knew I had to make this. This is a Kamigawa theme deck whose commander will, eventually, by O-Kagachi, Vengeful kami. The rules I'm trying to stick to are Kamigawa natives only for everything except lands. Obviously that ends up with me having a lot of high-cost cards and very low ramp. But this deck isn't meant to be competitive. It's meant to be KAMIGAWA!!

Also a lot of the mana-base is tentative on how the manabase that comes with the 5-color pre-con commander deck looks
