Mainly spawned from an idea I had going through boxes of old cards, I wanted to do a straightforward white equipment deck, figuring Kemba to be a good choice for commander. Not a lot of frills here, though it can go the swarming creature route or the voltron route by piling everything on Kemba and using her cat tokens for defense.

Of course the title for this deck is derived from Neil Patrick Harris' character from the sitcom How I Met Your Mother.
