Hey, here are some changes I might recommend while still staying on a budget. Fist, for a voltron deck I would probably drop the creature count a little bit as 29 is a little high. For this build I would probably eye something around 22-25. Also your land count is very low, I would bring that up to about 36 lands with several ways to search for lands, that will allow you to have plenty of mana and cast the bigger stuff in your deck.

Next, I would cut some cards that seeming underwhelming. Those are: Auriok Edgewright Auriok Bladewarden Fireblade Charger Leonin Relic-Warder , Evra, Halcyon Witness Shimmer Myr Spikeshot Elder , Wayfarer's Bauble ill talk about this one below, Leonin Bola Neglected Heirloom  ^Flip Berserkers' Onslaught . So yeah once you know what to cut, it becomes very easy to make a bunch of additions.

Im not sure if you are married to the $50 budget, most of my suggestions here will be about $1 a piece but here's what I would add. First as mentioned we want better mana production, so you'll want Gift of Estates and Armillary Sphere over wayfarers bauble. In 700 games of commander, I've found that armillary sphere is just better than bauble for many reasons I wont go into right now. Fervent Champion , Sun Titan Kazuul's Toll Collector , 4 basic or flip lands, Flamekin Village Blackblade Reforged . Berserkers Onslaught can be a straight switch for True Conviction . Fleetfeather Sandals . Because your mana production is getting better, you can go just a little bigger on the top end of your deck. I might put 1 or 2 bigger equipments at the top end like Argentum Armor or maybe even a Scytheclaw . I would add Dismantling Wave and a Tome of Legends .

Here's some other very good cards on a budget that I might consider Forging the Tyrite Sword to cheap tutor, Ignite the Future excellent card draw Showdown of the Skalds also great card draw. Theres a whole package of cards you can use with Goblin Welder Goblin Engineer and Daretti, Scrap Savant and if you add those I would add a Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion . Because you have Toralf I might consider a few more red based board wipes like Chain Reaction or Magmaquake but i wouldnt say no to a Fumigate or a Rout either.

Your switch to modern did in fact get you more attention since I normally pass by vintage and legacy lists XD Kor Duelist seems like a natural inclusion that'd be better than Auriok Edgewright a lot of the time. I recently reviewed another deck making use of Duelist, Colossus Hammer, and Kor Outfitter, and Sigarda's Aid seems like a natural fit with that package so maybe more copies of Hammer could be viable. If you want to focus more on Kemba, I've had a lot of success with Konda's Banner as a sort of cheap Dictate of Heliod, at least in commander. Infiltration Lens and Sword of the Animist are some other equipment options that I think are underrated and can work on a budget.

Adanto Vanguard? Radiant Destiny? I would take out Auriok Steelshaper because you have no Equipment. On the same note, I would also take out Auriok Sunchaser, Auriok Edgewright, Auriok Glaivemaster and Auriok Bladewarden. You may also want either Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Elspeth Tirel or Elspeth, Knight-Errant depending on your budget.

I’m a big fan of doublestrike which I think would work here. Battle Mastery, Fireshrieker and Auriok Edgewright seems like a good cards to have here.

Will wait for the primer before adding more comments. I am interested to see your gameplan for the deck.

Okay, cuts.

I would cut On Serra's Wings. As fun a card as it is, I'm not sure a four mana aura that doesn't recur itself somehow is going to be worth it in this deck.

Teshar, Ancestor’s Apostle Only hits fifteen cards in your deck. Still probably good enough. I'd say you NEED to add a Mother of Runes to this deck though.

As much as I love Conqueror's Galleon  ^Flip, it is isn't a great card. It's probably among the worst 9 in the deck if you are looking for 9 cuts.

I've never been a big fan of Sword of Vengeance. That and Forebear's Blade could be easy cust to get the other actual swords into the deck if desired.

Skysovereign, Consul Flagship is a sweet vehicle but it costs 5 and is probably not good enoug here.

Grappling Hook and Inquisitor's Flail are equipment that always seem sweet in theory but haven't quite put the work in for me, and I've often ended up cutting them.

I think Ghostfire Blade is the worst of your 1-mana equipment and could be cut.

I always try to put Masterwork of Ingenuity into my decks and it always ends up getting cut. Maybe you will have more luck, but its such an easy thing to cut when looking for things to cut because it doesn't do anything on its own. It's probably better here than in most decks though, with the 1 mana draw a card attached.

I'd cut Key to the City since it doesn't draw you cards. If you want more ways to make Sram unblockable there are more equipments/auras that can do that (and Mother of Runes would help).

No Argentum Armor? I know it is very expensive for this deck's curve, but I still think it may be worth it. It's a very powerful equipment and you are a tad light on removal anyway.

I could go either way on the creatures that just get boosted for being equipped like Kor Duelist, Auriok Edgewright, etc. If your plan is to do Voltron with Sram, they really don't help you toward that goal in any way and could be easily cut. But they are not a bad back-up plan if you don't want to go all in on Sram voltron. Hmm. Similarly, is Mirran Crusader doing anything special here, or is he just a fun dude to equip?

Am I missing why you would run Second Sunrise over Faith's Reward? The prior helping out all your opponents seems like a bit much.

Auriok Steelshaper doesn't do as much as he sounds like he might and I have cut him before. Sram isn't even a Soldier/Knight to boot. Same with Stone Haven Outfitter; remember that if you are doing Voltron and equipping Sram and he dies and you put him in the command zone, he didn't die so you won't draw a card.

So all that said, I would suggest the following:

IN: Argentum Armor, Mother of Runes, Sword of Fire and Ice, Sword of Light and Shadow, Faith's Reward

OUT: Second Sunrise, Forebear's Blade, Sword of Vengeance, Key to the City, Skysovereign, Consul Flagship, Masterwork of Ingenuity, Ghostfire Blade, Grappling Hook, Inquisitor's Flail, Conqueror's Galleon  ^Flip, On Serra's Wings, Auriok Steelshaper, Stone Haven Outfitter, Mirran Crusader

That should bring tyou from 109 -> 114 -> 100, if I did my math right. Oh, and you definately want Field of Ruin/Tectonic Edge/Ghost Quarter/Strip Mine with this kind of deck! Otherwise Maze of Iths just ruin your whole day. And Rogue's Passage.

If you can activate Metalcraft consistently, then I suggest Auriok Edgewright. I 2 drop 2/2 double strike typically costs 3 mana. Although the 2 white mana cost might be a bit too color intensive.
