Elemental typal is a comparatively incidental part of this Temur Omnath deck. The main focus is on the landfall options in these colours, and the fact that the deck needs far fewer slots for card advantage because Omnath provides it once your hand starts running out. And what's more, it has become clear from experience playing this deck now that without an Elemental focus, Omnath really isn't much of a target until they've given themself enough counters that you've also probably drawn your way into a counterspell for protection as well.

Freeing up card advantage slots in the deck means it can go harder on landfall setups and payoffs. While I can't afford a Scapeshift necessarily, mass landfall enablers on a tighter budget include the likes of Boundless Realms, Traverse the Outlands and Collective Voyage.

Like most landfall decks, payoffs are more often tokens from the obvious likes of Omnath, Locus of Rage and Avenger of Zendikar of course. Because the deck juggles fewer colours while still including blue, however, Roil Elemental is also a fun option for closing things out after a mass landfall spell, and most of the red pings are included as well.

Since many of the big landfall payoffs are on cmc6 creatures, a modestly-paced game will ramp into them on turn five, produce a boatload of tokens with a mass landfall enabler on turn six, and then swing for gold by turn seven.

Pet card: Surrak Dragonclaw, good beater who gives the counter-pumped Elementals some much-needed evasion but otherwise not terribly synergistic, I just miss Temur proper.
