The goal of this deck is to spend the early turns setting up cost reducers such as Baral, Chief of Compliance and Goblin Electromancer in order to storm off later with spells like Epic Experiment. There are plenty of copy spells that you can even use on your opponents’ spells to get an advantage. Burning a Reverberate on a ramp spell like Circuitous Route or a removal spell like Utter End is a neat trick that is more fun for the table than just countering everything your opponents play.
