It's a board stasis deck guaranteed to annoy people.

Ideally you want Grand Arbiter out turn 3 or 4, having Authority of the Consouls out, and a turn 1 Serra Ascendant out for life gain.

At some point you are able to keep having turns through Brago, King Eternal and Medomai the Ageless, and with Blazing Archon out they can't attack you anyway. Counter spells as needed and wanted. Downfalls are that you will be the target and there isn't recursion.
