This is my take on an Orzhov Commander deck, using Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts as its commander.

The deck is built around the idea of punishing my opponent when I gain life. Key to this is Sanguine Bond, which takes as much as I gain from my opponents. Along with this there is an Extort subtheme, which is the Orzhov mechanic from Return to Ravnica block.and will combo well with Sanguine Bond. Along with this, several cards have been added that have Lifelink, to again give me life whilst punishing my opponents. The inclusion of the usually terrible Staff of the Death Magus and Staff of the Sun Magus allow me to gain life for simply playing the spells in my deck, which if I have Sanguine Bond out mean more pain for my opponents.

Not all of my eggs are in one basket: there are several creatures in the deck that can act as beaters, not least of all Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts who will help keep my opponents in check and allow me to build up an army quickly. Ob Nixilis, Unshackled is a big beater who gets bigger and also punishes my opponents for tutoring, meaning it should keep them off their combo pieces, giving me more time to wear them down.
