Rafiki has been a very fun budget commander to build. I've done my best to keep the deck under $100 while still being effective at casual/budget-level-competitive tables.

This started as a Uril, the Miststalker deck but I found that the red in the deck was almost worthless and that, while he made auras significantly more efficient; a 22/22 attacker with Doublestrike kills as well as a 44/44 attacker. is a very fun, defensive combination and Exalted has been a unique and exciting mechanic to work with.
