Nothing says old school more than an Elder Dragon Legend, so here is my Dragonlord Dromoka deck!

This is a Voltron build using enchantments and control cards to keep the hordes at bay. This is very much for multi-player as I'm sure it would do horribly in 1v1. It needs time to setup and stabilize its board, and it does this through a large assortment of enchantments that prevent, tax and punish the opponents aggression towards you.

I have also included what little counter-magic is found in green and white. Cards like Mana Tithe and Rebuff the Wicked usually catch opponents off-guard.
