I took all of my stax cards that were too mean for my other decks and put them all into one deck.

The main objective of the deck is to make it very difficult for my opponents to play Magic the Gathering. Follow this simple 3 step program!

Step 1: Resource denial!
This decks primary converted mana cost ranges between 3-4 mana. With at least one or two mana rocks you should sit comfortably in the dry mana pool you're about to create.Ramp deck with lots of lands? Winter Orb. Artifact deck with lots of mana rocks? Imi Statue. Creature deck with lots of mana dorks? Smoke. Mono blue cantrip deck? Trinisphere. Multicolor deck with super expensive mana base? Blood Moon.

Step 2: Creature Hate!
This deck is light on creatures, and doesnt do well with combat. So let's make sure the combat step rarely comes-round to you (because believe me it will).Early game aggro solutions can be found in Meekstone and Innocent Blood. Usually by turn three you can answer token decks with Chain Reaction followed by AEther Flash. For a more consistent creature solution look no further than the brothers Pestilence and Pyrohemia. Finally the combination of Darkest Hour with Spreading Plague will cap things off nicely.

Step 3. The Finisher!Mogis, God of Slaughter should be spending a significant amount of time slowly poking your opponents. Most players will volunteer to take a shock rather than sac a creature, which is exactly what we want. Going forwards into the game the bleed effects begin to compound putting yourself in a comfortable lead. Sulfuric Vortex and Ankh of Mishra will bring the table within relative killing range. Once the table is hurting drop haymakers like Pox and Temporal Extortion followed with either Flame Rift or Rolling Earthquake. If things get into the really late game, drop Decree of Annihilation to wipe away the world (excpet for your pain enchantments).

Of course this deck comes with a risk. You could very easily lock yourself down as well as your opponents! I have included a 'skeleton key' the wonderful Claws of Gix.
