Knights that fly and Dragons with double strike.

I built the deck to focus around the Khorvath Brightflame + Sylvia Brightspear partners. This is my first commander deck built with partners and is the first deck I've had minimal help in making. Any help on lands and/or some of the non-creature spells would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to build it on a budget, under $200 would be nice.
