Is it really worth splashing blue just for mulldrifter? If I were you I'd cut the blue entirely. If you need draw you could try
Night's Whisper
or
Cathartic Reunion

Sarkhan, Dragonsoul is garbage, and Kargan Dragonrider is also garbage. They are simply not constructed-rate cards. Spit Flame and Dragon's Hoard can easily go into the maindeck, and Sarkhan the Masterless would be a great addition. You can play around with the exact numbers as you see fit.

If your main issue is you're getting beat down before you can get your mid/late game rolling then you might want to consider some mass removal. Something like Anger of the Gods could work.
Think about what each card in your deck does and how it helps your over-all plan. Kargan Dragonrider is kind of a flavour win but as a 2/2 it most likely trades or chumps against other early game creatures. You're not generating any card advantage that way.
You might also look at cards like Dragonlord's Servant to fill that roll. It blocks better than Dragon Rider and it accelerates your dragon plan by 1 turn. Dragonspeaker Shaman is also helpful but being a 3 drop it's competing with Sarkhan and Dragon's horde.

Im also rocking Red Dragons....Sarkhan's Unsealing has NOT been worth it in my experience so far.... Sure Strike combined with Kargan Dragonrider/Dragon Egg/Viashino Pyromancer have been really great for me for slowing down the opponent. im looking at trying out Fiery Cannonade to deal with all the wide tokens out there.

Jimmy_Chinchila there isn't a big enough payoff for Sarkhan's Unsealing in this deck.
It did poorly in testing.
My current 2 drops give far more value than Kargan Dragonrider, letting me either smooth out draw, or becoming a 3/3 that can defend in the early game.

You definitly need a fourth Dragon's Hoard ! Thanks, I don't see any good 2 drop linked to dragons, Kargan Dragonrider has nothing special except flying but given you don't have any cheap dragon to play by his side, it will be a basic 2/2 most of the time.
The point is to be able to survive until you can cast big stuff, but Dismissive Pyromancer will be tapped most of the time if you want to use his ability so not that good for defense. He will help for sure, but again, sacrificing it will cost you 3 mana and you don't want that...
Since you have Sarkhan, Fireblood and Tormenting Voice to refresh your hand, maybe you could drop the pyromancer and go for another 2 drop creature.
