I wanted to make a deck for cloning and doing sick and dumb stuff, decided that Volrath was probably the best option because of the support for clone cards being primarily in blue with secondary colors in black for Evil Twin and removal and green fro Altered Ego, Ramp, and counters. The deck can get some janky combos with mimic vat and Roalesk and can win either by getting massive creatures, tokens on Simic Ascendancy or by Biovisionary. Looking for some help on making it work just a bit better while remaining on a reasonable budget.
