The goal of the deck is to play most of it in one turn into a massive Empty the Warrens to blast the whole table.

It's simple.

First you need a mana engine. Either Isochron Scepter+Dramatic Reversal or Paradox Engine with a board full of rocks should do the trick.

Next up you need a way to keep your hand full. Azami, Lady of Scrolls or Staff of Domination will work just fine for the job.

Now the fun part. Play a bunch of spells keeping your mana and hand full using the above mentioned combos. You will eventually get a high enough storm count to blast off with Empty the Warrens. You will have any combination of Mass Hysteria , Guttersnipe, Impact Tremors , or Purphoros, God of the Forge on deck by this point to finish the game off.

Simple.

There are plenty of counterspells and tutors to get you there and protect the combo.
