Zendikar's Roil and Perilous Forays can create a similar loop.

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Avenger of Zendikar puts out an army of saprolings.

Put more counters on Fertilid with Omnath, Locus of the Roil or Forgotten Ancient to abuse land fetch.
