This is a mono-blue combo deck, based around its graveyard. Down below are some tips when playing the deck.

1) your graveyard is your best tool, so making it as big as possible is a must. In the deck, you have some tools that you can use to self-mill your deck. Those include Perpetual Timepiece, Codex Shredder, Wand of Vertebrae, Shriekhorn,Millstone, Diligent Excavator.

2) you have a lot of low casting cost artifacts (CMC 2 or less), so casting them for free will save you a lot of mana, and help you get your combos running faster. Those include Ugin, the Ineffable, Etherium Sculptor, Jhoira's Familiar, Foundry Inspector.

3) Being able to untap Emry as much as possible will allow you to cast almost every artifact from your graveyard in a single turn, you will need some cost reduction spells, listed above. The untappers are Mirran Spy, Freed from the Real, Chakram Retriever.

Time to explain the combos

our first combo is an infinite mill combo that could target any player, making either you win on the spot, or decking out your opponents. The cards you will need are Mirran Spy/card:Chakram Retreiver, Everflowing Chalice/Ornithopter, and Blasting Station and Emry. the cards with "/" mean that they are interchangeable and will work with either one of them. Sacrifice your one drop (chalice or Onrithopter) to blasting station, making someone mill three cards. Then tap Emry to target the 0 drop, allowing you to cast it this turn. Cast the 0 drop, untapping emry (Retriever/ Mirran Spy), and untapping blasting station, because an artifact came into play. repeat this process until everybody dies.

Our second combo is both infinite mill and infinite blue mana. The cards you will need are Master Transmuter, Freed from the Real, Coveted Jewel, and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as your win condition. To perform this combo, you will need master transmuter (being able to tap), and freed from the real on tranmuter, and coveted jewel in play. tap the jewel from 3 blue mana, use 1 of it to activate transmuter, returning jewel to your hand, and putting jewel back into play, drawing three cards. use another blue to untap transmuter. now you have done nothing and generated a blue mana. repeat to draw entire deck. when you draw Jace, play him and continue to draw your self out. causing jace to win the game.

Final combo includes generating infinite mana, with no downsides, (last combo listed, drawing cards is a downside, as it limits the number of mana you could possibly generate.) the cards you will need 2 mana worth of cost reduction, Coretapper, Mirran Spy/ Chakram Retriever, Everflowing Chalice, Prismite, and Emry. sacrifice coretapper to its ability to put two charge counters on chalice, tap ermy targeting coretapper, cast it for free (this is where the cost reduction come in handy). when you cast it you can untap ermy, (mirran/spy retriever). you are now back where you started, except everyflowing chalice now have two counters on it. repeat, now you have infinite colorless mana, to turn it into blue mana, use Prismite.
