Budget Sygg, River Cutthroat.This deck is a Rogue/Ninja deck. As with my other decks, I try to include only cards that match the Commander's flavor or theme. This deck includes lots of Rogues, Ninjas and some Specters that aim to sneak through and draw you cards or let your opponent discard when dealt damage. They combo nicely with Sygg, who lets you draw a card when your opponent lost three or more life in a turn.
