My start on a list I had wished to build for a very long time.

Naru Meha, Master Wizard this list is intended to combo off at instant speed and play with reasonable knowledge of the stack as you will wish to play your combo in response to someone else attempting to win or at the end of another turns like an ad nauseum player.

The main combo is this deck is to the create an infinite flicker loop with Naru Meha and Ghostly Flicker. The way the combo plays out is cast Ghostly Flicker targeting two of your lands and hold priority and cast Naru Meha copying the original Ghostly Flicker with the new Flicker on the stack target Naru Meha and a land. As this resolves Naru Meha and the land will bounce with Naru Meha coming back in target the original Ghostly Flicker on the stack still creating a copy with the copy target Naru Meha and a land again but this time tap the land for a mana. As this resolves you will repeat this process creating infinite mana. You can also use this loop to bounce creatures an infinite number of times to get infinite ETB of the creature such as Snapcaster Mage, giving all instants and sorceries in your graveyard Flashback. Which you could then use your infinite mana you made before to cast all said cards.
