Flitterstep Eidolon Discussion

This is a good start!
Flitterstep Eidolon is a good start, but Aqueous Form gives a bit more value with the Scry ability - or run both? I think you could also consider Skybind for the added blinking value - I combo this with Heliod in Block Constructed and it makes for very efficient removal.
Curator's Ward and Corrupted Conscience don't do much for you here, imo - if you want to do Infect, I would suggest just running Triumph of the Hordes and win the turn you cast it if you're wanting to win this way. Indestructibility also doesn't do much - your 6 Gods are already indestructible and it's 4 mana I think you could be putting elsewhere. I think it really depends on the game you're playing and the environment you're in. What do you think? :)

+1 for the name.

I pretty much agree with all that you said there Argy
My problem with Meld, however, is simply that there are only 3 pairs of Meld creatures i all of magic. Obviously melding two together is super cool and powerful, but I just saw it so rarely I forgot it existed until I put Hanweir Battlements into my Etali, Primal Storm EDH deck and decided to put in Hanweir Garrison just because, but after a significant amount of EDH games with the deck, I still have never melded the two (and this includes the significant amount of digging through the deck I do). The only time I've seen any creatures melded in an actual game was at the EMN Prerelease- few Midnight Scavengers/Graf Rats, and a friend who pulled a prerelease Gisela, the Broken Blade and a foil Bruna, the Fading Light and managed to meld them in the last game of the finals (obviously winning the game).
Another keyword I would very much like to complain about is Ascend. Not really because it went unused or was underpowered, but because I just hate things in Magic I have no way of interacting with, such as emblems and the city's blessing. Or maybe I'm just salty about losing too many limited games to Slippery Scoundrel. Who Knows.
And about Theros block, I personally really liked Bestow even though I rarely played with it (because topdecking Invisible Stalker turn 10 feels horrible, but topdecking Flitterstep Eidolon turn 10 feels great). However, Tribute from Theros block feels like a huge failure. Just the fact that giving your opponents choices with any card other than Fact or Fiction is just generally bad- if the option they give you is still a good play, you're already far far ahead.

This is something like one of my own creations except the commander is Edric. Here is a list of cards that I think will be great in your deck, and links to my decks for more.
AEther Figment,Cold-Eyed Selkie, Den Protector, Dryad Sophisticate, Escape Artist, Flitterstep Eidolon, Lu Xun, Scholar General, Looter il-Kor, Metathran Soldier, Thada Adel, Acquisitor, Thalakos Seer, Thalakos Sentry

Cheap evasive creatures are nice with Edric; get one in the first couple of turns and start the card advantage rolling as soon as you drop Edric. Draw them later, and they're cheap to get out of your hand. Invisible Stalker is the best one, I think, but there's also Gudul Lurker, Triton Shorestalker, and a few 2-mana ones like Jhessian Infiltrator and Flitterstep Eidolon.
Deathtouch (and similar) is a good fit, too, because then they have to choose between losing a blocker or letting you draw. The best, I think, is Ohran Viper. The cheapest are Wasteland Viper, Gnarlwood Dryad, and Sedge Scorpion. And there's always Acidic Slime.

Awesome deck! I think you might want to try some more Unblockable creatures, such as Elusive Krasis, Gudul Lurker, and Flitterstep Eidolon, to name a few. I'm glad to see someone else who appreciates the rampiness of Fertilid with Ezuri, it makes games "Fun." On a side note, how do you set a background/font for a deck page? I'm having trouble doing that, and yours looks awesome. +1!
