The deck runs simply enough. Ramp with artifacts into your Angels, then wreak havoc. Maybe cast some gods and watch your opponents begin to hate you. The deck works best on its first try against its opponent(s), since they'll know that once you start making your mark, you really make your mark. If they get really angry and drop a board-wipe, as long as you didn't cast everything you could (which is probably not much; these cards cost a lot of mana), you ought to have plenty of ways to get your stuff back. You can also drop a board wipe or two yourself, if you're in that kind of position, and you should also be able to recover. Board wipes are common in Commander, so it makes plenty of sense to formulate a strategy that evades them.

Note that although the lands-to-nonlands color pie looks weird, I did the math personally. It works; it's just that there's a lot of three- or four-mana-symbol-cards in the deck.
