A storm brews for those mad enough to concoct it.

Seriously, at a quarter of the deck being cantrip/draw spells, aided by the commander, we will be raking in bountiful sweet cardboard and smacking faces. The rate at which we are casting spells and replacing cards in hand creates an equilibrium where 'no maximum hand size' isn't necessary. Kraum is a powerhouse yet to be identified...

Ultimately, Kraum is the choice because it seems all other Izzet commanders either do the thing weirdly, unnecessarily, or just cost too much to get going. Kraum is much more straight forward. At turn two or three we will get going and ready to cast our hand away. Overall, a fun, synergistic, and U/R deck with a flying zombie twist.

Now it's time to violently outburst some fast magic!
