This list tries to take advantage of Chronatog and Magosi, the Waterveil to delay "until your next turn" triggers, one of the best ones being Chronomantic Escape. There are also enchantments that take advantage of not having a turn, for instance Delaying Shield.

The strategy is to skip your turn with some powerful passive abilities in play as well as Seedborn Muse or Awakening so that you can play your flash creatures. Eventually you should draw nearly your whole deck at which point you can win with Laboratory Maniac, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Thassa's Oracle.

Because you can only skip up to two turns in one turn(one with Magosi and one with Chronatog) you can't stay out of the game with Teferi's Protection forever. You have to skip a number of turns in advance, as all of your permanents phase out thanks to Teferi's Protection. It's still a really solid synergy though.
