Just want a deck on theme with Sephiroth putting creatures Health near death so he can go for the kill. Centering the deck around Sephiroth killing everything and a few extra turn spells as flavor for him manipulating the timeline.

MVP Blade of Selves pretty much board wipes opponents every attack

Crystal Shard (can be use offensively to hinder opponents from tapping out)/Deadeye Navigator bounce him so he can board wipe

Get enemies to critical health with Sudden Spoiling Vedalken Humiliator and Maha, Its Feathers Night

Toshiro Umezawa reuse kill spells
