Just want a deck on theme with Sephiroth putting creatures Health near death so he can go for the kill. Centering the deck around Sephiroth killing everything and a few extra turn spells as flavor for him manipulating the timeline as he weave in and out of the lifestream.

Omnislash: MVP Blade of Selves pretty much board wipes opponents every attack

Hell's Gate: Crystal Shard (can be use offensively to hinder opponents from tapping out)/Deadeye Navigator bounce/flicker him so he can board wipe
