This deck has been in the making for 2 years, I think (I've a tight budget). But basically, it just tries to stay in the game by using removals/counters, until you get enough mana to make enough faeries/summon bigger creatures/commander damage to kill everyone, draws/tutors until you get Pili Pala and Grand Architect for infinite mana(infinite mill+faeries).

Glen Elendra Archmage+Sage of Fables= Counter wall. And if you have Guile on the board, you can utilize your opponents spells for just 1U.

I'm also considering exsanguinate, so I have something that can save my ass if I only have a few life left. And I might remove Tamiyo because I'm not sure if she really fits in.
