Mid-power Kess deck based around storm. The goal of this deck is to utilize Kess's ability to reuse cantrips and looting effects to give yourself continual card advantage, as well as to churn through your deck and tutor for key storm pieces, such as Thousand-Year Storm and Aetherflux Reservoir. There are also other wincons that rely on storm, such as Torment of Hailfire.
