This deck uses the tried and true Gitrog trifecta, consisting of The Gitrog Monster , Dakmor Salvage , and any discard outlet (EX: Putrid Imp ) to combo off and win the game. To make this a little more simple, I've divided the combo into three "simple" stages for clarity.

The way the combo works is we first have The Gitrog Monster and our discard outlet in play with Dakmor Salvage in hand. We discard Dakmor Salvage to our discard outlet and use the gitrog draw trigger to dredge Dakmor Salvage back to our hand (since Dakmor Salvage is a land and it hit the graveyard, we can choose to dredge it instead of drawing a card). When we dredge it, there is a chance that one of the two cards we dredge will be a land. Every time we hit a land with the dredge we get to draw a card. Since we have Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Gaea's Blessing in our deck it is impossible for us to mill ourselves out.
After cycling through our entire deck and drawing every card in it, we will then cast Lotus Petal . With lotus petal on the field, we will discard any land and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth . We will stack the triggers so that we shuffle our library before we draw(and lose the game). after the two cards are shuffled we will discard and dredge Dakmor Salvage . This will cause those two cards to hit the graveyard, giving us another draw trigger, and shuffling back into our library once more. After we do this the third and final time, we will crack lotus petal before the kozilek trigger resolves, and shuffle lotus petal back into our library. We will then let the three draw triggers we have built up to draw kozilek, the land, and the Lotus Petal . Rinse and repeat to get infinite colored mana.
Now that we have infinite mana and our entire deck in our hand we can kill our opponents in any way we want. I prefer the Praetor's Grasp loop, which consists of the aforementioned praetor's grasp, two cycling lands, and kozilek. To be able to loop Praetor's Grasp , we will cast Praetor's Grasp then cycle two cycle lands from our hand (with gitrog on the field) to get 2 cycle triggers and 2 girtog draw triggers on the stack. We discard kozilek and shuffle our graveyard back into our library. We then draw praetor's grasp, kozilek, and the two cycle lands. Rinse and repeat and everyone's deck gets exiled. you can even cast their own cards against them if you want to be extra devious! If you want to just outright kill everyone you can do the same loop but with Syphon Life instead of Praetor's Grasp . This also gains you a ton of life, so if there is a card that somehow punishes you for doing that then be wary.

I've been upgrading a lot of cards in the deck and it has become very powerful. Expect turn 5 wins at the latest (with a bad hand and no interruption). Usually, with an ok hand, I get turn 4 wins, and with a good hand, turn 3. The deck cost has gone up substantially but the power also has.

I plan to get an Ad Nauseam as well as some stax cards such as Collector Ouphe and Null Rod . I unpacked a Karn, the Great Creator a while back and might slot him into the deck and see how he performs. The addition of Duress and Thoughtseize have made the deck more consistent as I realized I usually have a few extra mana when I combo off. You can bait counters or just remove them from the blue player(s) hands' the turn or turn before you combo off.
