Feather, the Redeemed + recurring flicker effects. Based 99% on https://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/commander-edh/multiplayer-commander-decklists/808309-war-feather-the-redeemed-legions-of-a-feather. Focus on the deck is abusing flicker effects by exclusively targeting my own creatures in order to bring them back to my hand with Feather, the Redeemed 's ability. I do this in order to abuse ETB triggers, protect my creatures from harm, and even remove enemy creatures after first gaining control of them. In addition to that loop, Sunforger is great for tutoring for answers, a Lapse of Certainty or Eerie Interlude can disrupt lots of plays.

My wincon is Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with either Felidar Guardian or Zealous Conscripts to generate infinite hasty creature tokens. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Felidar Guardian can both be searched by Imperial Recruiter and Recruiter of the Guard if you have just totally run away with the game.
