Ezuri Elfball, Ezuri Katamari. Relatively inexpensive for a competent EDH brew. Bracket is technically 4 due to all the various land-hate, but could be argued bracket 3 with or without Wave of Vitriol depending on the playgroup. You could even play this list in Bracket 2, but you would need to find replacements for Wave, Staff of Domination, Umbral Mantle and card:Worldy Tutor since staff and umbral both can create easy infinite mana combos and even infinite damage on a creature in the case of umbral. Worldly can be replaced with Analyze the Pollen, but I would recommend replacing the others with ramp and draw power. Solid deck for the price and will win in both brackets if left unchecked. Easily the strongest EDH Deck I have seen for under $300! ($210 TCGPlayer Low at the time of typing this)
