Eldrazi, The Promised Win

Commander / EDH Eldrazi

In my opinion the only way proper way to make an Eldrazi deck is to be entirely colorless. Anything else would be an insult to their lore, and their might.

While Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger is more stable and has a very immediate effect on the board, I still prefer Kozilek, the Great Distortion because he refills your hand. Since he's my commander of choice I do not have to worry about gassing out which is very easy to do with a colorless ramp deck. This way the game plan becomes very simple. RAMP AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO 10 MANA--> play Kozilek, refill hand. Even if Kozilek is removed or countered you have a full hand to continue launching threats and eldrazi have plenty of threatening creatures to drop.

Emrakul, the Promised End is ironically the weakest in terms of commander However, certainly the strongest if cast and resolved.

This is obviously a budget deck, I included cheap ramp. I did spend a fair amount on the lands (but you always do it seems). That being said I've cast Kozilek, the Great Distortion on turn 5 before. Quite a menace. ENJOY!!
