{UB} This deck is a Dimir version of my mono-black infect deck which features Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon as the commander. You can find that deck here. Otherwise known as "Skittles", he tends to freak out my opponents before the game even begins; so I've shifted towards a less-threatening commander at face value, Venser, Corpse Puppet.

{UB} Meanwhile, the innards of this deck remain mostly the same but perhaps even better now with all of blue's great proliferation and infect cards. The goal of the deck is to get a poison counter on each of our opponents, while building up our mana base and proliferation utility. The deck is not an aggressive infect style but more of a control style. However, I've managed to get as many creatures with Toxic or Infect into the deck as possible without sacrificing good control cards.
