Budget Deck hovering around $50 on TCG Player. The deck focuses on using Feather, the Redeemed to recycle pump and protection spells so you can keep it on board and kill your opponents with commander damage.

Maybeboard contains some land upgrades and an Aetherflux Reservoir if you feel like upping the budget a little bit.

Seize the Day might also be a good inclusion to help finish out a game but its a little pricey for this deck, both mana and money wise.
