Nice I love Boros and the Bushido is perfect for it. Kudos on the story too! I see you put a good deal of effort into that, molding the story through the cards. I'm all about that and the old Kamigawa cards, that was one of the first sets I ever played in MtG and it makes me nostalgic everytime.
If you're looking to update the deck, you could consider some stuff like Fighter Class or Master Warcraft to force your opponent to block with something that will die to Bushi, rather than rely on them willingly blocking.
Embercleave is pretty nutty and could soup Bushi up big time, surprise double strike ain't nothing to shake a stick at.
Then there's the classic Umezawa's Jitte, build up some charge counters and you can buff Bushi at instant speed. Although the opponent will see it coming, they may not have a choice. And it's Betrayers of Kamigawa classic Samurai to boot.
Sejiri Shelter Flip is also pretty cool, these new dual face lands have got potential to really pad a list. Admittedly more useful in EDH, but I see some stuff in here that could be replaced by that to make some room. There's a few Boros dual face lands too that could be considered here for our boy Bushi. Legion Leadership Flip comes to mind.
Minas Tirith is becoming an auto include in almost all my White decks, it's just so good especially if aggro.
My deck Heroes of Redwall Abbey might give you some more ideas, most of these suggestions are pulled from there. Good luck brave Samurai Warrior!

You may want a couple more tutors, such as Fabricate, or Fighter Class.
Also, since sun forger is a must, recommend some recursion such as Forge Anew.

I run Fighter Class to grab Hexplate Wallbreaker and also Glimmer Lens and Mask of Memory and some other equipments. I also run Sigarda's Aid because I run Splinter Twin to combo with Combat Celebrant and Zealous Conscripts I love Iroas, I equipped a helm on him in a game last night and had 4 of him on the board lol.

Several cards with level up/leveling activated abilities are marked as illegal when Zirda, the Dawnmaker is designated as companion.
Here is a list of the cards I have noticed:
Lighthouse Chronologist, Artificer Class, Barbarian Class, Cleric Class, Druid Class, Fighter Class, Monk Class, Paladin Class, Ranger Class, Rogue Class, Sorcerer Class, Warlock Class, Wizard Class
Phyrexian Dragon Engine Meld seems to have a similar issue.

Nice MegaMeik! What made the start of your game rough? Duelist's Heritage can definitely be a fun card in Isshin. I really liked the political aspect of it when I used to play it.
In looking at your list again, your land and mana rock counts are both a bit low. You could likely add 1-2 of each into the deck if you felt dry on mana or lacking ramp.
Fighter Class and Imperial Recruiter both also feel slightly out of place. Fighter Class can tutor your equipment, but feels kinda mana-intensive to tutor equipment to hand, cast, then equip, or even to Level Up and get the other buffs. I imagine Lightning Greaves would be a primary target to help in that regard? Imperial Tutor mostly feels a little lack-luster because you have about 9 creatures that it can tutor for.
Mana Geyser is also a little awkward in a 3 color deck, but I can see how it could accelerate into some of your bigger Red Creature threats.
Ultimately, the call is up to you, but those are a few suggestions if you were looking for additional spots to swap.

Im really not a fan of the battle cry mechanic. It could work really well with Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin, Mardu Ascendancy, or the other many token makers, but I would rather just run Fervent Charge. It takes a single card for +4/+4 and your creatures are more likely to survive combat. you could always stack more though
Vengeful Ancestor, Parasitic Impetus, Shiny Impetus, and maybe Martial Impetus could all be fun tools to mess with your opponents while keeping yourself safe from larger threats. You get double rewards with Isshin
Guild Artisan, Curse of Opulence, and Sword of the Animist are options for ramp.
Fighter Class is nice for the tutor and later on can force blocks and can be used to kill off weak targets.
Shadowspear exists. you should use it in every deck Helm of the Host lets you double commanders, and lets you go infinite with Godo, Bandit Warlord. Who also should just automatically be your automatic first pick for a 6 drop. Tutor, double combats...
Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder doublestrike AND lifelink. costs one more but can replace your enchantment.
Ilharg, the Raze-Boar Wanna play two cards for free?
Breena, the Demagogue does so much. buffs you like crazy. Can net you two cards per combat phase... which you will hopefully get multiple of with more things like: Aggravated Assault and Waves of Aggression can go infinite Port Razer, Raiyuu, Storm's Edge, Response / Resurgence are also nice
Agent of the Shadow Thieves and Fey Steed protect your commander or other attackers, and the steed may also come out even against removal.
You dont need to go all out on making one guy and instakill, Sublime Archangel with many tokens or Pact Weapon with combats can do it by themselves situationally. And the pact weapon is just way too cool.
Selfless Samurai is free lifelink and protection you can save for your commander. Cathedral of War is just going to be free power every once in a while
Hopeful Initiate is repeatable removal with extra steps I'd honestly ditch the sunforger.

Diamond Knight is probably pointless in a 3 color deck, especially one with so many colorless cards. Id also say that Benalish Honor Guard won't be too helpful considering you only have 5 legendary creatures including your commander, itll be hard to actually draw them in the 99. Id suggest a Puresteel Paladin and Fighter Class for more equipment support, and Wintermoor Commander for some knight renforcement. Also some more ramp like the boros, orzhov, and rakdos signets, mana issues could shut down ur deck really quick. I also made sure most of the cards i recommended had swords in the art to not stray from the deck's idea.
