The continuing saga of precon upgrading... now starting with the 2013 set.

Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge can be very voltron. But here's hoping not exclusively with this build.

The deck is built around playing as many of your opponents' permanents and cards from their library as possible mainly through instants/sorceries which we have multiple ways of casting for free including Efreet Flamepainter, Wildfire Eternal and Arcane Bombardment. As a backup we also have a number of enchantments to steal stuff and copy our spells as well.

Jeleva needs to be re-cast for mana so flickering will not work. Returning her to the command zone makes her more pricy, but not sure that is worth the advantage of a cheaper casting cost in a 3-5 people multiplayer game (which is my usual setup). Returning her to hand using Alora, Merry Thief, Riptide Laboratory or Erratic Portal can allow recasting without commander tax.

Many cards will allow her (and other creatures) to attack and avoid taking damage Maze of Ith, Dolmen Gate or be unblockable Break Through the Line, Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Subira, Tulzidi Caravanner.

And Karlach, Fury of Avernus and Zariel, Archduke of Avernus allow multiple combats per turn allowing us to cast spells from exile twice. Harmonic Prodigy also triggers Jeleva twice.

Any thoughts on what to add or subtract would be appreciated! Please upvote if you like my take on this and any suggestions welcome!
