THEME

Meet Teddy, the Great, the dumpster diving raccoon. Teddy is a dumpster diving maniac. Simple as that. Although you have five utility dumpsters and a trashcan available in the deck, the deck itself is the dumpster.

UTILITY DUMPSTERS

1). Necropotence - The Motherload Dumpster

2). Bolas's Citadel - The Fast Food Dumpster

3). Mystic Forge - The Small Plaza Dumpster

4). Ad Nauseam - The Bum's Dumpster

5). Well of Knowledge - The Community Dumpster

6). Infernal Tribute - The Household Dumpster

Note: Infernal Tribute is more of a trash can than a dumpster. But, it still qualifies in my opinion.

THE COMMANDER

Other than Commander Black Waltz No. 3, this creatureless brew has consistent turn three or four win potential based on opening hand and draw. This is not considered god hand talk because this build has many opening hand variations that could occur allowing such an early win, consistently. When rummaging through the dumpster sometimes stuff gets thrown around. Teddy, the Great can't help it. He gets enthusiastic when foraging for goods. Watch out. He tends to throw vigorously.

PRIMER

There are zero creatures in this deck other than Teddy. There are also no combos in this thing either. The goal is to draw, mana ramp, and tutor your way into casting cost cards along the way once Black Waltz No. 3 is on the board. You want to have Necropotence or Bolas's Citadel on the table ASAP.

With that, you essentially win the game by drawing as much as you can afford to draw. Then cast all of the drops. Even if someone shuts down Necropotence or Bolas's Citadel, you are still drawing hard and casting a lot of stuff.

NOTE

Beseech the Mirror is my favorite card for this build because you can cast several utility dumpsters for free with its bargain cost.
