Phantom Flock
Creature — Bird Soldier Spirit
Flying
Phantom Flock enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it.
If damage would be dealt to Phantom Flock, prevent that damage. Remove a +1/+1 counter from Phantom Flock.

Hi there! First of all +1 for the obscure tribe.
So you mentioned that you are looking for ways beef up the power level of your deck and your focus is bird tokens. I am not sure what your budget considerations are, but here are some suggestions that I think that may help.
Metallic Mimic and Adaptive Automaton both are "birds" and provide a global buff to the rest of the tribe.
Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker is a solid way to end the game once he becomes large enough (and he definitely will in a 4 player game).
Phantom Flock can get really out of hand with your proliferate sub-package
Shriek Raptor is another way you can end the game through infect.
Riptide Replicator can create large bird tokens for you.
Some other more utility considerations could be:
I highly recommend running Herald's Horn in any tribal deck as it provides cost reduction and occasional card advantage.
Skullclamp is fantastic in any token deck as a source of card draw. Rhystic Study is also great in blue.
I'd recommend a little more interaction in your deck. Obviously Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Cyclonic Rift and Return to Dust are very good in these colors, but a more tribal centric card is Harsh Mercy. It allows you to save your birds but still removes a majority of you opponent's creatures. Just watch out for other tribal decks.
Distant Melody is a tribal card draw spell similar to Airborne Aid
I hope some of these suggestions help. Good luck deck building!

-Ugh. Selfless Spirit. Commence nightmares.
-Altar of Dementia and Millstone are interesting choices. You can target yourself to load up your graveyard.
-Some creature ideas. I'm pretty sure these work, since their base power is 0, and they don't get the counters until they enter the battlefield:
Cryptborn Horror. You'll have to get some good noncombat damage done first to play it with Alesha, but it can be a bomb.
Custodi Soulbinders. That can get big and scary. Same with Drakestown Forgotten, depending how the game goes.
Magmasaur. Repeatable board wipe?
Phantom Flock. Very good attacker/blocker?
Savage Firecat. Boom, baby. Or better yet, Spike Cannibal. Or even better, Thief of Blood.

You don't have to go full super friends, but you should get as many planeswalkers as you can stand in the deck.
The Phantoms would fit well Phantom Centaur, Phantom Flock, Phantom Nishoba, Phantom Nantuko, Phantom Nomad, Phantom Tiger, Phantom Wurm.
I don't remember what Atraxa comes with, but based on some of my own research, I'd also recommend a few others:
+1/+1 Counters:
- Sage of Hours
- Noosegraf Mob
- Kalonian Hydra
- Triskelion
- Fate Transfer
- Vigean Graftmage
- Steel Overseer
- Jenara, Asura of War
- Unspeakable Symbol
- Experiment Kraj
- Abzan Ascendancy
- Helium Squirter
- Plaxcaster Frogling
Other Counters:
- Archmage Ascension
- Golem Foundry
- Titan Forge
- Inkmoth Nexus
- Crumbling Ashes
- Surge Node
- Lux Cannon
- Luminarch Ascension
- Magistrate's Scepter
- Coretapper

Lightform and Cloudform are interesting, since if you exile the morphed creature with Brago's ability they will flip, allowing you to play expensive creatures more cheaply. Other ways to make your spells cheaper are Urza's Incubator and Semblance Anvil. Skeleton Key is probably not as good as Invisibility, although if you want the card draw use Bident of Thassa or Mask of Memory. Working with Brago's ability, you could try Sandsteppe Outcast or Belfry Spirit for more tokens. Spirit Bonds might work. Maybe. Things that should probably go: Ribbons of the Reikai, Mycosynth Wellspring, Phantom Flock, Rally the Ancestors, Act of Authority, Well of Ideas. All of these could work, but they're too circumstantial or high-costing.

I had the same idea for a deck recently and stumbled upon your list, which I love. It started because I wanted to find a way to use my favorite pet cards, the phantom creatures from Odyssey,Phantom Nishoba, Phantom Nantuko, Phantom Flock, Phantom Nomad and Phantom Centaur. I was undecided if I was going to make it a Bant deck with Jenara, Asura of War at the helm based around counters or Abzan lead by Karador. After seeing your list I think you swayed me :) I love the idea of a spirit tribal deck and the flavor of Kamigawa really lends well to this theme/deck.
