Nice, one thing I might suggest is some more tutors to tutor up some of the combo pieces. The ones not in here already in black are: Booster Tutor to open a pack of Core Set 2019 for Reassembling Skeleton or a pack of Invasion or Fifth Edition for Initiates of the Ebon Hand or Bog Initiate, or Amonkhet for Embalmer's Tools, or the respective pack for any of the combo pieces, if you want to play casual and your playgroup allows silver-bordered cards. Also: Cruel Tutor, Diabolic Tutor, Grim Tutor, or Rhystic Tutor. Also some possibilities for some card draw to get pieces of the combo are: Aladdin's Lamp, Book of Rass, and Conch Horn. This link has some more card draw. Ignore the multicolored cards as I forgot to exclude colors on the gatherer.

very underrated mono black general i build my own stax/combo brew inspired by your build and its very oppressive and fun to play. Initiates of the Ebon Hand has won me some fun crazy games. having a Necropotence with Oppression or any other hand disruption can really hinder our opponents plans.

Love this deck! I'm in the process of building a very similar one. I wish thrumming stone weren't so darn expensive! I'm sure when I buy one they'll immediately reprint it, or ban it...
I've compiled a list of cards I'm considering that aren't in your deck. I expect that many of them are cards you either: 1. Thought about and decided against. 2. Didn't want to shell out the cash for, (I feel ya) 3. Don't use in your play group. (I noticed you've got no tutors. A card like Mausoleum Secrets is very affordable and super strong in this deck. If your playgroup or you personally avoid tutors for balance/powerlevel/gameplay reasons, I commend you.) Hopefully there's a card or two in this list that make you say "oooh!", because your deck certainly got that reaction from me! Bloodbond March is INSANE and it's only 50 cents!
If any of these cards are like... aggressively bad, let me know so I don't put them in my deck, haha. I'm assuming you've actually assembled and playtested the deck, whereas I am still residing in the magical christmas land of my mind.

I haven't put much thought into what you would cut if you like any of these, aside from Blighted Fen . Once you get Bontu's Monument , Herald's Horn , or Jet Medallion out, Blighted Fen and any basic forests you end up with are gonna feel bad. Initiates of the Ebon Hand and Bog Initiate are spicy ways to fix the issue, but they are also... bad.
Side note: I'm curious how Rancor would be in this deck. It's a weird cost/benefit analysis because of course you want as many rats as possible, but when you can rancor to boost your sac creature +2/+0, then it pops back into your hand every time, it seems like the recursion value might add up. Also allows you to trample through extra damage on one player if they're gaining life. Anyone feel free to explain why Rancor is a dumb idea in this deck :)

Removed:
Attrition Free sac outlets are better.
Buried Alive Significantly reduced need for creature tutors.
Chainer, Dementia Master Liliana is more focused towards the discard aspect I want.
Curse of Disturbance With fewer creatures comes less value out of this cycle of curses
Entomb Less need for creature tutors.
Fellwar Stone Lower curve means that I want to be using mana more efficiently, as opposed to tapping out on 2 to ramp.
Fleshbag Marauder Less powerful than Plaguecrafter
Gray Merchant of Asphodel less overall devotion with the reduced creature count
Lightning Greaves Fewer creatures to protect in this version
Scythe Specter Too slow for this type of effect, the idea is to get rid of all opponent's hands as fast as possible and to keep them empty.
Stitcher's Supplier Less graveyard focus now, I dont need the self mill as much.
Victimize There just aren't enough good targets for this spell to be useful.

Liliana Vess More Discard, yay, also, more tutors.
Animate Dead the replacement for victimize, grabs one very important creature.

By chance can I suggest Initiates of the Ebon Hand/Bog Initiate+Reassembling Skeleton+drain affect to win. I just run it as a win-con in my Meren deck.

i'd personally take out unknown shores (since youre mono B you dont need filtering its better to have the extra mana for your drain) also you're not going to need as many drains if you have more card advantage so i'd personally stick with a set of drain life plus other draw spells are net gain or net neutral + a blocker whereas stars are net neutral, i'd personally run this deck much differently given the chance just because tron is a little clunky so i'll give you a list of edits id run in my own variant and you can decide whether or not you like them (either way i enjoy your deck idea enough to spend this much time on talking about edits)

i feel that having things in playsets and using fogs to buy for time is better vs a card like dash hopes which usually requires that you're online with the engine to start with filtering, that and i believe the persistent filtering via Prophetic Prism is a better way to ensure you're casting spells on schedule, on top of that Gary keeps you afloat and acts as a good blocker vs Burn vs the other fella who gains no life

Ok miner grip, just paragraph your description a little coz its kinda hard to read, thx and sorry.
Other than that the deck looks solid and very interesting, which has made me wanna tinker with something like this. I had first wondered why you was using the Bog Initiate and the Initiates of the Ebon Hand, but once i read what you said it made a whole lot of sense lol.
Apart from what you have so far have you thought of trying a devotion version of this deck in some way? with Gray Merchant of Asphodel as another win con? just a thought.
As regards to your sideboard, why not run a couple of Relic of Progenitus for graveyard hate matches?

Could I use Initiates of the Ebon Hand instead of something like Hope of Ghirapur that way I can filter colorless Mana especially infinite piles from basalt rings to infinitely fetch my deck using sidisi or at least have more black to fetch key pieces I couldn't get with ad nauseum
