Removed some of the cards that either were not helping me enough thus far or I just never seemed to have the mana for. Might end up going with a few more creatures assuming I can figure out what to drop. Still figuring out where to make room for some more cards that ramp life, the counters and creatures and such. But I like where it's going. Thank you guys again for the help thus far. I'll keep you updated and as always, any suggestions are well appreciated.

Taking Szadek, Lord of Secrets for Rite of Replication.
I need more creature removal, preferably kill spells. Especially board-wipes. I need recommendations for what to take out for Life's Finale and Black Sun's Zenith.

Got ride of some of the filler cards, and added 4x Gravecrawlers to the mainboard for speed and grave returns.
Removed Stitched Drake from mainboard.
Removed 1x Undead Alchemist from sideboard.
Removed Liliana Vess from sideboard.
Removed Metathran Zombie from sideboard.
Moved 2x Festering Goblin from mainboard to sideboard.
Moved 2x Butcher Ghoul from mainboard to sideboard.
Added 4x Gravecrawler to mainboard.

Changed all the temples to Guildgates, that way Gatecreeper Vine can search for them, and now it's budget...

The Side board

The Loxodon Smiter and the Grand Abolisher are great against control. As well as loxodon being a 4/4 as early as turn 2. The Geist of Saint Traft can be boarded over Qasali Pridemage if they don't have artifacts and enchantments that are a threat.Aqueous Form can also be boarded out if they don't have flying or are not very creature heavy. Mindbreak Trap is obviously a counter to storm, otherwise you don't need to board it in. And also Meddling Mage what else is needed to be said.

Made some changes to make the deck more devotion based while still keeping the overall theme of the deck. The biggest addition is Archetype of Aggression because he gives trample to my guys whose power is increased by Thunderous Might and Madcap Skills.

-1 Unburial Rites +1 Rite of Replication
I decided to ditch Unburial Rites simply because while it's a good card, it's highly irrelevant.
After mulling it over, i thought of something: what happens if I kick Rite of Replication and copy my commander 5 times? I did the math, and guess what: 25 permanents immediately get Vindicated. This number is so hilariously ridiculous that I can't not put it in. I can just imagine the look(s) I'll get.

I found that Immortal Servitude was too slow and costly, replaced it with Patriarch's Bidding so I could pull all of my spirits from the grave regardless of CMC. Reduced the numbers of all creatures from 3 to 2 except for Iname, Death Aspect. Did not want to add a tutor to pull him. Was able to add some more creatures, 2 each: Nikko-Onna for enchant removal (Grave Pact). Spirit of the Hearth to make me hexproof. Seedborn Muse to keep my defenses up at all time and not have to worry wether to swing or not. Also, considering comboing her with some of the newer Inspired cards. Coat of Arms, self explanatory. Added Exquisite Blood to combo with Sanguine Bond. More mana ramp with an additional Dark Ritual and 3x Fetid Heath. Please let me know what you think, this deck is still very much a work in progress. +1 if ya like.

I posted this to /r/EDH and they gave me a bunch of suggestions and help, that I subsequently added to make the deck better. Mostly replacing some weaker vampires, taking out some lands, and adding some artifacts and enchantments.
