Kokusho is a big win con, provided you have a way to bring him back to use him again

There's 3 main ways to go infinite, which of course involve nim deathmantle and the altar(s). They are;

1.) abhorrent overlord (provided he makes at least 2 harpies on enter) + ashnod's altar + nim

2.) ministrant of obligation + ashnod's altar + nim

3.) reassembling skeleton + ashnod's altar + pitiless plunderer + (any aristocrat) [or ToH]
