My original goal was to get this deck under 35 dollars, and still be able to hold it's own against the sea of impressive commander decks my friend group has made. As you can see, I may have accomplished neither of those. However, factoring basic lands out, the deck comes to around 45 dollars, so not too shabby.

The main win condition is locking opponents out by continually blinking large removal creatures like Terrastodon, and Angel of Serenity. And of course there's always Deadeye Navigator.
