Slimes are cool; slimes are fun.

Okay, so, the key cards in this deck - as far as creatures are concerned - are probably going to be your Biogenic Ooze + Biowaste Blob + Master Biomancer guys. For obvious reasons these three guys are great. To support these guys I generally try to get out Maskwood Nexus, Growing Rites of Itlimoc  /Hadana's Climb   and/or Hardened Scales in that order. True Growing Rites of Itlimoc  /Hadana's Climb   are only temporary, but they have utility even after shifting into a land, Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun 'cause more mana... :D

For all the mimics/shapeshifters in here, have 'em copy some tasty slime powers!

WARNING: Do not make the mistake I did and accidentally copy a legendary with your shapeshifters... Dumb mistake, I know, but it's not always obvious, i.e. when you copy with The Mimeoplasm it doesn't keep its legendary status and so it's safe to copy, but if you copy with Moritte of the Frost it's still legendary so, no-no copy. (I realize it states this on the card, but it's not very clear when playing on Forge.)

I tossed in some utility slivers like:

1. Diffusion Sliver: A little "Do you really want to do this? Yeah? Then pay 2." protection.
2. Galerider Sliver: Because who doesn't need flyers!?
3. Manaweft Sliver: Obvious reasons.
4. Venom Sliver: For the deathtouch.

Now you might be thinking: "Cool. You tossed in a handful of slivers, yeah, that'll be useful..." And you'd be right! - sarcasm aside. With this bad boy: Maskwood Nexus all of our slimes, really all of our everything are now, well, EVERYTHING! Including a sliver, of course.

There's also a handful of tutors, because they seem to be the only ones that add directly to hand and are 'any card' searches. So, use these guys to pull any piece that you need to fill out your board.

As far as getting the most bang out of your buck for The Mimeoplasm, don't be afraid of sending your slimes on suicide missions. Or, if you really need to pop him out, using some of your removal cards like Putrefyon your own creatures. You'll get their abilities back with the copy/exile that The Mimeoplasm does.

Well, there you have it. A fun slime deck for CMDR/EDH. I'm sure it could be improved, so any suggestions are very much welcomed!
