Biowaste Blob and Slurrk, All-Ingesting aren't legal, but I definitely second Experiment One since it helps lower your curve a lot.

You should definitely go full on ooze tribal and add some ooze-payoffs. Aeve, Progenitor Ooze would be a great card. It's best if you have a storm count, but playing it into like three+ oozes on the board would already be fine. Consuming Blob and Biowaste Blob are expensive for what they do, but at least you get tokens and an actual lord. Experiment One is a great one-drop. Slurrk, All-Ingesting is another fun ooze. And Umori, the Collector is on-tribal ramp. You wouldn't even need to play it as a companion.
One final addition: Karametra's Acolyte might noch be an ooze, but the amount of green devition you'll propably have makes it obscenely good. And it's a lot cheaper than Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.

Thank you so much for the suggestions king-saproling! I'll take some time to think on them. Some I felt were a bit unsuited when I saw them in gatherer, but I think I was a bit unfair towards some of them, like Mimic Vat for example. I also completely missed Biowaste Blob, going to be honest.

Hey, you've made a few good upgrades to the precon, nice Koma, Avenger, Rift and Birds. Do you own the cards in the maybeboard? All those cards are upgrades.
Some budget upgrades to consider:
- Tireless Provisioner --> Nissa's Expedition
- Biowaste Blob --> Ruxa, Patient Professor
- Champion of Lambholt --> Kaseto, Orochi Archmage
- Mimic Vat --> Sequence Engine
- Spawnwrithe --> Managorger Hydra
- Cackling Counterpart --> Mystic Genesis
- Fierce Empath --> Fractal Harness
- Risen Reef --> Golden Ratio
- Timeless Witness --> Terastodon
- Growth Spiral --> Commander's Insight
- Rimewood Falls --> Temple of the False God
Most of these suggestions is expanding on sources that can repeatedly create tokens with cards that have less converted mana cost (CMC). That's an area in the precon that's lacking which gives you more interaction with Twincasters earlier in the game.
Tireless Provisioner is ramp with treasures that has interaction with Twincasters. Biowaste Blob and Spawnwrithe can make token copies of themselves at your upkeep or by attacking/doing combat damage to a player. Champion of Lambholt cares about +1/+1 counters to make all creatures you control unblockable. Pair her with any source that can create creature tokens because she triggers whenever a creature token is created.
Mimic Vat can imprint an opponent's creature who dies which gives it real versatility in multiplayer Commander. Unfortunately, the token copy from Twincasters will also be exiled at the next end step therefore you don't get to keep the token copy unless you make another copy of the token then that copy won't be exiled. Risen Reef, Timeless Witness, Fierce Empath all have a strong ETB effect making them good creatures to make a token copy of. Rimewood Falls is a dual land that Farseek can search for instead of only a basic Island.

I also built a Rhys deck (on a budget though) na na na na, hey hey, goodbye(overwhelming tokens) here's a little bit of what I have learned playing it
Biowaste Blob can get big fast with your token doubling
Dauntless Escort has saved me many a time from a board wipe
With Immaculate Magistrate and Timberwatch Elf you can activate their ability in response to an opponent declaring blockers to buff up one of your little guys to kill or severely damadge an opponent
End-Raze Forerunners and Treeshaker Chimera can be game-winners
I also like using Glare of Subdual to tap down my opponent's creatures with my tokens
Citywide Bust can harm your opponents while leaving you practically untouched
As for planeswalkers, I run Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants and I prefer Elspeth Tirel so I also run her
Finally, my favorite combo in this deck is Phyrexian Rebirth + Fresh Meat
