Whenever Slurrk or another creature you control dies (is put into the graveyard from the battlefield), if it had a +1/+1 counter on it, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control that has a +1/+1 counter on it.

Signal I could see in Omnath, Locus of All, as he cares about a multitude of colors. There's not a lot else that cares specifically about colors. Maybe Jared Carthalion?

Lux Artillery I would slot in Hamza, Guardian of Arashin or some sort of Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful/Slurrk, All-Ingesting/Reyhan, Last of the Abzan/Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker with Hardened Scales and The Ozolith

legendofa is absolutely correct. However, I had at one time thought it would be interesting to build a Golgari deck with Reyhan, Last of the Abzan and Slurrk, All-Ingesting. They might work here also, though Carth the Lion is a better choice. I mention it because I was trying to figure out a partner combo that would get you into Jund, which there isn't really anything that would be better than Carth. The best I can figure would be either Kamahl, Heart of Krosa with Vial Smasher the Fierce, or Tana, the Bloodsower with Krav, the Unredeemed. Either would be viable options (albeit much different deck designs) if you wanted to add Red to the identity. Of course, using Krav would stretch the rules, since Tana is not actually its partner.

Biowaste Blob and Slurrk, All-Ingesting aren't legal, but I definitely second Experiment One since it helps lower your curve a lot.

You should definitely go full on ooze tribal and add some ooze-payoffs. Aeve, Progenitor Ooze would be a great card. It's best if you have a storm count, but playing it into like three+ oozes on the board would already be fine. Consuming Blob and Biowaste Blob are expensive for what they do, but at least you get tokens and an actual lord. Experiment One is a great one-drop. Slurrk, All-Ingesting is another fun ooze. And Umori, the Collector is on-tribal ramp. You wouldn't even need to play it as a companion.

One final addition: Karametra's Acolyte might noch be an ooze, but the amount of green devition you'll propably have makes it obscenely good. And it's a lot cheaper than Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.
