I've never made a commander deck before but I wanted to make one with Zedruu the Greathearted as the commander but tbh I think a full Commander deck is too much to start out with so I'm doing tiny leaders instead.

And then I learned she's not legal in tiny leaders so it's a full Commander deck now.

Suggestions are welcome! But also keep in mind it's budget
