UPDATE: Added colored artifact lands to great effect! In testing these helped in powering up my Toolcraft Exemplar, Akiri, Jor Kadeen, Spire of Industry, Inventor's Fair, etc! For now I am excluding Darksteel Citadel, however, as I don't want to reduce my sources of colored mana. Alas, I expect to swap out my Spire of Industry due to it being a pretty much a worse Battlefield Forge in this deck.

Some gameplay tips I noticed during testing: save Dwarven Recruiter as a hand REfiller (or answer finder, regarding Fairgrounds Warden or Duergar Hedge-Mage), and don't dilute your early draws with piles of dwarves, as you will be locking yourself out of the mana needed to take advantage of Depala's ability to quickly draw and then play them. Also, be wary of the fact that Duergar Mine-Captain's ability to crew multiple vehicles also comes at the price of pumping your opponents creatures when doing so defensively. If expecting a big attack while relying on the Mine-Captain, crew your vehicles BEFORE the combat step.

Depala is very interesting as a Boros commander in that the gameplan of her deck makes up for many of the color pair's downfalls in the format. Depala has a card advantage engine built into her that even ignores lands to ensure you're drawing gas late game, and vehicle-based strategies are inherently much less vulnerable to board wipes, making it easier to recover when compared to typical creature-based aggro decks.

I chose to prioritize an overall more powerful deck rather than focusing in on the dwarf tribal aspect of Depala's ability, so as to make it function better when Depala can't stick on the field. This means that Depala's on-tap ability is less of a build-around and more of a mana sink bonus, only likely to hit on activations of 3-4 or higher.

Approach of the Second Sun makes for a great alternate wincon with Depala out, as you can use her ability to remove every card in front of it from the top of your deck after the first cast. Just make sure not to accidentally toss the Approach itself to the bottom of your deck, account carefully for any cards you may have drawn since first casting it.
